Privacy Policy

Ogham Works Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of individuals who interact with our services. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), the Irish Data Protection Act 2018, and any other applicable data protection legislation.

By using our website, applications, or browser extensions, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

The data controller is:
Ogham Works Ltd
Email: support@oghamworks.com

2. Our Products and Services

This policy covers all products and services operated by Ogham Works Ltd, including:

  • Ogham Works website (oghamworks.com)
  • Enrollem — a HubSpot application that enables users to automatically enrol contacts into sequences via HubSpot workflows
  • HubSpot Form Identifier — a free Google Chrome browser extension that detects HubSpot forms on webpages and provides a direct link to their HubSpot performance dashboard

3. Personal Data We Collect

We may collect and process the following categories of personal data depending on which of our services you use:

  • Identity Data — such as your name and company name
  • Contact Data — such as your email address
  • Payment Data — processed securely through Stripe; we do not store card details directly
  • Technical Data — such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs
  • Usage Data — including interactions with our website and tools, gathered via cookies and analytics
  • HubSpot Integration Data — where you connect Enrollem to your HubSpot portal, we temporarily process HubSpot contact IDs solely to execute the sequence enrolment API operation. These logs are automatically deleted after 90 days.
  • Marketing and Communications Data — your preferences in receiving communications from us

4. What We Do Not Collect

HubSpot Form Identifier Chrome Extension: This extension operates entirely within your browser. It reads the local page DOM to identify HubSpot form elements and does not transmit, collect, or store any personal data. No information is sent to Ogham Works or any third party.

5. Methods of Data Collection

We collect personal data through:

  • Forms and fields submitted via our website
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (including those used by HubSpot)
  • Use of our applications or services, including HubSpot OAuth authorisation for Enrollem
  • Communications sent to us directly
  • Third-party services that support our operations (e.g., Stripe, HubSpot, Supabase)

6. Legal Bases for Processing

We rely on the following lawful bases for processing your personal data:

  • Contractual necessity — when processing is necessary for the performance of a contract, including the provision of Enrollem
  • Consent — for certain marketing communications and analytics, where applicable
  • Legal obligations — where processing is required to comply with applicable laws
  • Legitimate interests — where we use your data in a way you would reasonably expect and which has a minimal privacy impact

7. Purposes for Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and manage our services, including Enrollem
  • To execute HubSpot sequence enrolments on behalf of authorised users
  • To process payments and manage transactions
  • To respond to enquiries or support requests
  • To analyse website and app usage to improve performance and functionality
  • To send updates or marketing communications, where consent has been obtained
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

8. Sharing and Disclosure of Data

We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients:

  • Service providers and processors — including HubSpot (CRM, OAuth, and API), Stripe (payment processing), and Supabase (database infrastructure)
  • Legal or regulatory authorities — if required to do so by law
  • Professional advisers — including legal and accounting service providers, where necessary

All third-party service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and process it only in accordance with our instructions and applicable law.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected:

  • HubSpot contact IDs processed by Enrollem are automatically deleted after 90 days
  • Billing and account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and as required by law thereafter
  • All other data is retained in line with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements and securely deleted or anonymised when no longer needed

10. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States. Where such transfers occur, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or certification under recognised frameworks such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

11. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including measures to protect data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
