Why are users not appearing in my Enrollem 'sender' dropdown?
User is ineligible to send sequences
Only users who can be used to enroll sequences will appear in this list. If someone is not appearing in the dropdown it is due to one of the following issues:
- User does not have their personal inbox connected to HubSpot
-User does not have a Sales Professional or Service Professional seat
-User has been deactivated
Resolve the above issues and the user will appear in the dropdown.
