Why are contacts stuck in my Enrollem action?
Contact has previously bounced or has no email address
Contacts stay in the workflow action for up to 7 days as seen above if the initial attempt to enroll them in a sequence was unsuccessful due to one of the following reasons:
- Contact has no email address
-Contact has previous bounced
After 7 days the contacts will attempt to enroll again in order to give you time to fix the issue.
If you would like to fix the issue sooner by adding an email address or unbouncing the contactclick the 'X contacts in action' hyper link, check the box beside the applicable contacts and select 'unenroll'
Fix the issues then re-enroll them in your workflow to move forward sooner.
