Why am I not receiving my Stripe log-in link when entering my email address?
You must use the email address used for billing
If you are entering your email address into your Stripe Customer billing portal but not receiving an email you are likely using a different email address from the one used to pay for your Enrollem account.
Please try an alternative email address. If you are unable to remember which email was used please contact our support team here and we would be happy to confirm it or update it for you.
