Troubleshooting Enrollem and Error Meanings

Use 'Action Logs' in your workflow to see errors, specific error details are listed below.

Accessing Your Workflows Action Logs

After setting up the Enrollem action in a HubSpot workflow you can use the 'Action logs' to see whether enrollments are successful or received an error for individual contacts.

To find the Action Logs for any workflow click 'View' > 'Action Logs'

From here you see a list of the actions each contact has taken. If you want to filter down to only see the Enrollem actions select 'Action Types' and scroll to 'Enrollem' in the dropdown list:

Now you will clearly see the Enrollem actions taken by this workflow and whether they were 'succeeded' or show 'Error'

In the case of an error simply select 'Show details' as seen below to get more specific details about the cause of this error.

Common Errors & Their Meanings

"The selected email isn't connected to any emails"

The sender of this sequence, selected in your Enrollem action has not connected their personal inbox to HubSpot. They can connect their inbox by following these steps.

"Content read permission denied"

The sequence used in this Enrollem action has not been shared with the sender who was selected. Share sequences by following these steps.

"This user does not have a Sales or Services Professional Seat"

The sender does not have a sales or services professional seat assigned which is required by HubSpot to be the sender of a sequence. You can manage a users seat by following these steps.

 

Additional Common Issues:

Accidentally using the wrong Enrollem Action

Enrollem has 3 different workflow action available:

1. Enroll Contact in Sequence

2. Enroll Associated Contact in Sequence

3. Unenoll Contact From Sequence

If your contact is not enrolling as expected please ensure that you are using the correct 'Enroll contact in sequence' action and not 'enroll associated contact'
