Enrollem Set Up Guide
Getting Started
You can install Enrollem to your HubSpot account here
Step 1:
Install Enrollem from the link above
Step 2:
Create a workflow or edit and existing one by navigating to 'Automation' > 'Workflows'
Step 3:
Choose the enrollment criteria that you would like for your workflow
Step 4:
Select the + symbol to add an action to your workflow and search for 'Enrollem' or 'Sequences' under 'Browse all actions' to find the Enrollem action
Step 5:
Select the Sequence and Sender Type that you would like to use in your automation.
Sender Type can be set as 'Specific User' or 'Contact Owner'.
IMPORTANT NOTE
- The user selected must have their inbox connected to HubSpot
- The user selected must have a Professional Sales or Service Seat.
- The sequence selected for sending must be shared with 'everyone'
Failure to meet these criteria will result in the enrollments failing
